Thank you for considering Sabio by The Sea for your next event! Sabio by the Sea is the 8th restaurant concept created by Deliciae Hospitality Management in Singapore. Located in Sentosa Cove and inspired by the original Sabio on Duxton Hill, the Spanish concept has been taken “to the sea”, featuring grilled meats and fishes together with Tapas, the design and ambience being laidback, spacious and airy.

About the venue Sabio by the Sea is located at Quayside Isle, facing the gorgeous Marina at Sentosa Cove. Its relaxed outdoor seats facing the yachts of the Marina allows you and your guests to soak up the nautical environment and spend the whole afternoon relaxing and enjoying our Spanish cuisine. We can accommodate any corporate and private events, as well as social functions, from luncheons, networking events, to casual celebrations, birthdays and even parties. Sabio by the Sea features a variety of Spanish wines and beers, and our very own Sangria.

Capacity Sabio by the Sea can accommodate up to 100 seated guests and up to 250 standing guests.

On the Menu Using Josper charcoal ovens specially flown-in from Spain, Sabio by the Sea offers grilled meats and fishes to celebrate the seaside and nautical ambience. On top of that, the restaurant offers a large variety of hot & cold Tapas created from the best and freshest ingredients from Spain and Asia. 5 different types of Paella are also available.

PLANNING Final arrangements of menu and beverage selections should be made 3 working days prior to the function with final guarantee numbers received 2 working days prior. Either the minimum guarantee or the actual attendance will be charged on the day of your event, whichever is greater. MENUS Personalised menus are available on request. Menus are subject to change due to seasonality and availability.

Te r m s & Conditions

WINES You may select your preferred wine(s) from our extensive wine list which is available upon request. If you require any assistance with your selection, or wish to enquire about the availability of other wines, our sommelier will be pleased to assist you. All beverages are charged on consumption. Sabio by the Sea will endeavour to ensure that wines pre-selected by you for your event will be available on the day. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that the wines and vintage selected will be available and are subject to change without prior notice from the vineyard or wine distributor. CORKAGE Corkage is chargeable at $35++ per bottle. However, corkage can be waived if a bottle of wine is purchased at Sabio by the Sea for every bottle that is brought into the restaurant. (i.e. to waive corkage on 3 bottles of wine, 3 bottles of wine must be purchased from Sabio by the Sea).

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT Endorsement on the function booking form and 50% deposit is required for confirmation of the event. We accept payment by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express cards. CANCELLATION Any cancellation must be made in writing. If a booking is cancelled within 96 hours of the event date, the Client will be liable for a charge of 50% of the minimum spend and any additional charges incurred by Sabio by the Sea on behalf of the Client. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the due date, the Client will be liable for a charge of 100% of the minimum spend and any additional charges incurred by Sabio by the Sea on behalf of the Client. CONDUCT The Client undertakes to ensure orderly conduct by members of their party. Any loss or damage caused to Sabio by the Sea or its property, members of staff, other guests or their property will be the responsibility of the Client. MINIMUM SPENDING Minimum spending is applicable for the exclusive use of the restaurant. Please email us at sbts@sabio.sg for enquiries on the spending required. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS • Any goods and items remaining on the premises are left at the owner’s own risk. • Any changes to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing. • Any breakage will be charged to the Client at replacement cost.
