Taekwondo (Deerfield)

Gymnasts will fall in love with rhythmic gymnastics through creative dance, fun with apparatus, coordination and flexibility exercises that are interwoven with music. Gymnasts may wear leotards or basic dance clothes. All clothing should allow for free movement and should not be overly baggy. Hair should be pulled back from the face and neck. Archery Little Robin Hoods #331130 Get your child ready for the Deerfield Park District’s After School Archery program with our beginners level archery class. Your child will make friends, develop concentration, and increase discipline while learning the basics of archery from an experienced instructor. Participants will learn the parts of an arrow and recurve bow, how to use a recurve bow, and fundamental shooting skills in an extremely safe environment. They also will learn an excellent, nationally recognized beginner’s 9-step to the 10 ring progression which was created by the Coaches Development Committee of the National Archery Association. Technique and games will be a part of every class. Blunt tipped arrows, bows, and targets will be provided. Location: SRC Instructor: SportsKids, Inc. Min/Max: 5/12
