Mechanical Menagerie: Alfonso Milanos Mechanical Marvels Pulled by an obviously long suffering slave on a penny farthing and driven by the skeleton of circus master Alfonso Milano himself, the caravan of Mechanical Marvels emerges... Visibly patched up and repaired over centuries, it is a strange mixture of medieval, victorian and present day, in an odd spectacle that is animated by fire, smoke, bubbles, music and movement.

City Arts: Giant Chimes Have you ever played a giant musical instrument? Now here’s your chance. The Giant Chimes are a unique sonic experience. Join the Chimes dedicated musicians to create your own beautiful Fire Garden music. Look out for a cluster of threemetre tall aluminum tubes breaking the skyline, and listen for the Chimes humming beat – they’re never silent...
