Add an Email to iPhone 1. Tap Settings. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars. 2. Tap Add Account.

3. Choose Other. 4. New Account Information: 1. Enter your name 2. Enter your email address as the Address. 3. Enter the password for your email address. 4. Tap Next.

5. Incoming Mail Server (make sure to select IMAP at the top): 1. Host Name: This is your domain name preceded by “mail.” For example: mail.yourcompany.com 2. User Name: Your email address. 3. Password: The password for your email address. 4. Tap Next.

6. Outgoing Mail Server:

1. Host Name: This is the same as the incoming server. 2. User Name: This is required and again is your email address. 3. Password: The password for your email address. 4. Tap Next.

7. The “Cannot Verify Server Identity” message pops up. To use the SSL Certificate simply click Continue. 8. It’s important you make sure “Use SSL” is set to ON under your Incoming Settings. To do this:

1. Choose Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars 2. Choose your email account 3. Tap Advanced. 4. Under “Incoming Settings”, slide “Use SSL” to ON (if it isn’t already).

9. To store Sent, Drafts and Trash on the server: Under “Mailbox Behaviors” choose the mailbox you wish to configure. 10. Choose the corresponding folder on the server you wish to save the email in. 11. Repeat the above steps for any other folders you wish to store on the server. Your iPhone is now configured to use email.
