Here are some design ideas for a project called Sea Odyssey. While not the most aquatic looking dresses, my inspiration for my work was a combination of the Titanic and the sea so my goal for this project was to combine trends worn during the 1910’s with elements of the see such as colour, texture, water animals, etc.

During this project my aim was create a suit that could be considered ‘boyish with a touch of femininity’. The overall look was inspired by the Goth look with the classic tailored suit, which evident in the following designs.

Throughout the duration of the is project I experimented with illustration styles using both traditional and CAD skill. Each illustration was made by working on top of real photographs taken throughout the city centre.
