APPLY IT TO BEING A MOTHER Anne Quindlen ~ Journal Fulcrum ~ By DeAnna Shipman 4/13/2014 The word itself is new to me. I had not heard it before nor knew the meaning. A word in which I had to investigate and ponder. It is a big word when it is compared to the purpose of mothers, and not only purpose but the whole being of mothers. The definition is true, the comparative is excellent. Yes, I would agree with the author. However, it is sad that in our society this word isn’t used or communicated more. For me I see that people speak without truly knowing the weight of their words. Not just the weight but the cost of their words. Does one really think before they speak in order to execute right communication? This is a lesson a mother would teach their child. Mother are essential and life wouldn’t exist without one. Praise God for our mothers. The world is a better place when our mothers take the time to be mothers.
• Just showing this writing of mine. I received a 90% for grade on the assignment. Learned something when reading the journal from the author. I love learning. ~ DeAnna <3 XO ď Š
