Training   Dealer  Solutions  Network  has  the  ability  to  assist  you  in  hiring  and   training  your  sales  and  f&I  staff.  We  can  provide  the  entire  hiring  process   to  where  we  will  interview  the  candidates  that  apply,  make  our   recommendations  on  hiring  and  then  take  them  through  an  initial  training   program  to  get  them  acquainted  with  the  dealership  processes  or  the   sales  process  in  general.  As  more  “Veterans”  of  the  industry  have  started   to  retire  we  need  to  keep  replenishing  those  individuals.  The  best  way  to   accomplish  this  is  to  hire  from  outside  of  the  industry  and  train  properly.   We  have  had  great  success  staffing  dealerships  with  new  salespeople  who   are  excited  and  committed  to  their  new  career  of  sales.
