“TRASFORMACIÓN GLOBAL” En esta pintura se ve en el centro el Cubo de Metatrón, esta geometría contiene todas las figuras geométricas de la creación y representa los patrones que componen todo lo que se ha creado. Está formado por 13 esferas unidas por líneas que las unen. Las esferas representan lo femenino y las líneas rectas lo masculino.

Por consiguiente, el Cubo de Metatrón representa una red de polaridades capaz de crear. En esta pintura desde el cubo emana un gran sol que representa nuestro brillo (nuestra capacidad despierta) y una gran luna que representa lo oculto (los dones que aún no hemos despertado). También he pintado muchas más figuras y colores que representan las infinitas posibilidades creadoras del universo que todos podemos ejercer.

Las letras hebreas “ayin shin lamed” forman el nombre sagrado “transformación global” hace alusión a que la paz del mundo comienza con la paz en nosotros.

En medio de su viaje de ascensión se encuentra en una zona intermedia donde solo esta ella consigo misma y se da cuenta que para seguir su camino evolutivo debe liberarse del peso de las bajas frecuencias, debe cambiar y sanar. Comprende que la obscuridad no es más que la otra cara de la luz y ambas caras son necesarias para aprender ya que sin sombra no se puede valorar la luz, en otras palabras, los retos son necesarios para crecer. La serpiente acepta ambas polaridades con sabiduría, al integrarlas comulga con el universo dejando de ser individual y se transforma una con el todo descubriendo que es infinita en todos los sentidos.

ónde habita la Arquitectura además de Times Square, donde el mundo se contiene en la geometría de solo dos cuadras convergentes y, las edificaciones son testigo de ello. Su arroyo de autos continuo me recuerda a un río colorido de primavera invadido de humanos multicolores que nadan en direcciones contrarias admirando cada plano espacial policromático y poliglota. En cambio, mientras espero en esta banca prismática de granito a que comience el espectáculo multicolor que encenderá la pantalla donde posiblemente aparecerá mi rostro sonriente hasta mis orejas, recuerdo…Hay otros tipos de paisajes.

El del bosque de abetos y pinos de cuyos brazos abiertos penden largas manos para sostener la nieve como si fuese nubes que no los cansan. La espesura que dibuja este paisaje me adentra cada vez más a mis pensamientos. Se atraviesan ante mí, conejos y ardillas galopantes ignorando mi presencia; me miran indiferentes, se alejan y luego se ocultan en sus madrigueras. Igual que aquí en Nueva York, lo hacemos inmersos en el bullicio cosmopolita de la moda metropolitana, donde se entrecruzan las miradas de todas las razas para luego ocultarse en las madrigueras comerciales.

Puedo oler el aroma a eucalipto que invade mi piel hasta trasminarme su frío como si quisiera abrazarme. Desde mi estatura, miro en los colosales edificios de concreto decó a los grandes gigantes coníferos imaginando en su vastedad la gran ciudad que construyen: su orden, su fragosidad, su majestuosidad silente y perene. Y miro también muchos de ellos caídos, han sido mutilados hasta hacerlos pedazos. Les han talado el corazón, sus brazos y sus largas manos han derramado la nieve hasta derretirse como si fuese su propia sangre.

El viento del bosque envuelve las calles neoyorquinas. Ha comenzado el espectáculo de luces, avivando un paisaje urbano vibrante de pulsos amplificados como si fuesen tambores acompasados con el juego de luces laser. El espacio público acicalado de banquetas vibrantes apenas puede contener los caudales del arroyo humano que inunda las calles hasta bañar las fachadas policromáticas, en tanto, la Arquitectura del tiempo rejuvenece…

W

here Architecture lives in addition to Times Square, where the world is contained in the geometry of only two converging blocksand, the buildings witness it. Its continuous stream of cars reminds me of a colorful spring river overrun with multicolored humans swimming in opposite directions admiring each polychromatic and polyglot space plane. Instead, while I wait on this granite prismatic bench for the multicolored show that will turn on the screen where my smiling face will possibly appear up to my ears, I remember... There are other types of landscapes.

That of the forest of firs and pines whose open arms hang long hands to hold the snow as if they were clouds that do not tire them. The thicket that draws this landscape makes me more and more into my thoughts. They cross before me, rabbits and galloping squirrels ignoring my presence; they look at me indifferently, walk away and then hide in their burrows. Just like here in New York, we make it immersed in the cosmopolitan hustle and bustle of metropolitan fashion, where the eyes of all races intersect and then hide in commercial burrows.

I can smell the smell of eucalyptus that invades my skin until I get too cold as if I wanted to hug. From my stature, I look at the colossal concrete buildings decoy the great giants of conifers imagining in their vastness the great city they build: their order, their fragosity, their silent majesty and perishes.

a diseñadora de interiores Perla Lichi recientemente remodeló una casa en Fort Lauderdale, Florida, creando un ambiente moderno de estilo elegante.

Al ingresar a la casa, el diseñador aplicó una capa en las paredes con textura de capa colocando todas las cosas azules encima. Las muchas obras de arte van de la mano con los pisos a cuadros en blanco y negro y la escalera negra al ingresar al vestíbulo. Añadiendo un toque moderno a la decoración del hogar.

Los azules y aquas se utilizan para resaltar la esencia del paseo marítimo. Lichi también colocó espejos tanto en el comedor como en la sala de estar. Residirlos en un formato adecuado que haga que el interior de la casa parezca de mayor tamaño. En este moderno comedor, hay dos candelabros sobre la gran mesa del comedor con capacidad para 8 personas.

Los colores del agua azul, plateado y blanco fluyen por toda la casa en los acabados únicos seleccionados por el diseñador. La encantadora sala de estar se realza aún más con arte, paredes, pisos y detalles reflectantes en el techo que se utilizan para acentuar el interés visual de la habitación.

Almohadas de felpa, mantas y accesorios se colocan en el área, para agregar un toque de volumen y sabor. Entre los sofás de felpa gris claro y el espacio para sentarse.

El área principal de la casa ofrece una visión de la línea de costa cuando se mira más allá de las grandes ventanas de vidrio hacia la parte trasera de la habitación. Tomando el flujo exterior y llevándolo al exterior. Esto se suma al concepto abierto que crea un ambiente aireado y espacioso que puede amplificarse con una buena iluminación interior. Permitiendo personalizaciones basadas en el estilo y las necesidades únicas de los propietarios.

nterior Designer Perla Lichi recently remodeled a Fort Lauderdale, Florida home creating a chic-styled, modern ambiance. Upon entering the home, the designer applied layer on layer textured walls placing all things blue on top of it. The many art pieces go hand-in-hand with the black and white checkered floors and black staircase as you enter the foyer. Adding a modern flavor to the decorative home.

Blues and aquas are used to bring out the essence of the waterfront. Lichi also placed mirrors in both the dining and living room area. Residing them in a proper format that makes the interior of the home look larger in size. In this modern dining room, there are two chandeliers above the large dining room table that can sit 8 people.

Colors of the water- blues, silvers and whites flow throghout the home in the unique finishes selected by the designer.

The charming living room is further enhanced with art, wall, floor and reflective ceiling details that are used to accent the visual interest of the room. Plush pillows throw blankets and fixtures are placed in the area, to add a hint of volume and flavor. Amongst the light grey plush couches and sitting space.

The main area of the home provides a visual of the waterfront when looking past the large glass windows towards the back end of the room. Taking the outdoor flow and bringing it outdoors. This adds to the open concept which creates an airy and spacious atmosphere that can be amplified by good interior lighting. Allowing for customizations based on the homeowners unique style and needs.

Adolfo Hitler y Winston Churchill

D

os grandes enemigos, en una guerra tan lejana, de la que se sigue hablando en los documentales y películas que actualmente se presentan en las series de Netflix.

Dos personajes tan distintos con hábitos completamente diferentes.

Por eso me entró la curiosidad y comencé una búsqueda para conocer y dar a conocer sus hábitos alimenticios.

Adolfo el vegetariano Según las transcripciones taquigráficas recopiladas por Martin Bormann (publicadas en 1951 por Henry Picker, uno de los transcriptores) de algunas de las llamadas “conversaciones de mesa” sostenidas por Hitler entre 1941 y 1944, se consideraba vegetariano. En el documentado el 11 de noviembre de 1941, Adolfo dijo: “Algunos pueden lamentar vivir en una época en la que es imposible tener una idea de la forma que tomará el mundo del futuro. Pero hay una cosa que puedo predecir a los consumidores de carne: el mundo del futuro será vegetariano”. Le falto’ el vegano.

Un general de las SS y amigo de Adolfo, escribió: “No soportaba comer carne, porque significaba la muerte de una criatura viva. Sólo toleraba los huevos, porque la puesta del huevo significaba que la gallina había sido conservada en vez de sacrificada”.

En un artículo de 1937, el New York Times afirmaba que “es bien sabido que Hitler es vegetariano, no bebe ni fuma. Por lo tanto, su almuerzo y cena consisten en la mayoría de los casos en sopa, huevos, verduras y agua mineral., aunque de vez en cuando consume una loncha de jamón y afirma lo tediosa que es una dieta libre de delicias como el caviar. En noviembre de 1938 se informó en un artículo que describía su hogar en la montaña, que era vegetariano y alcohólico.

En mayo de 2018, se publicó un análisis realizado por la Universidad de Versalles Saint Quentin en Yvelines. El análisis se llevó a cabo sobre los supuestos restos de Hitler, conservados por el Servicio Secreto Ruso. Al analizar la placa microscópica de alimentos, en la primera evidencia sobre sus hábitos alimenticios se descubrió que era vegetariano y padecía de problemas estomacales.

El 25 de abril de 1942, el dictador habló del problema del vegetarianismo citando a los soldados romanos que comían frutas y cereales, así como la importancia de comer verduras crudas. Trató de basarse en argumentos científicos como las observaciones de los naturalistas e informó sobre la eficacia de una dieta sin carne.

Winston, el sin medida…

Se dice que el desayuno es la comida más importante del día y el famoso político inglés estaba tan convencido que se permitía dos bandejas de comida como desayuno: en la primera había huevos escalfados, tostadas, mermelada, mantequilla, café, leche y fiambres; en el segundo queso, media toronja con azúcar, y jugo de naranja, y un buen whisky con soda.

Un día, Winston Churchill, borracho, se derrumbó en un sillón en la sala común. Pasó un diputado y lo vio allí preso de la intoxicación. Lo miro fijamente y se acercó a él siseando: “¡Borracho, asquerosamente borracho!” Él lo miró impasible y luego respondió: “¡Feo, repugnantemente feo, malditamente feo! ¡Pero a mi mañana, se me pasa” La pasión de Churchill por el alcohol es bien conocida. Una vez le ofrecieron el notable suma de dos mil libras a cambio de dejar de beber. Churchill se negó a discutir que ya no valdría la pena vivir.

El principal glotón británico, fumador empedernido de habanos, estrictamente de marca “Romeo y Julieta”, ya bebía alcohol durante el desayuno.

Luego, en el almuerzo, acompañaba la cena con los vinos más refinados. En su cantimplora nunca faltó el champagne favorito, la marca Pol Roger, posiblemente el mejor de vendimia, 1928

La comida típica de Churchill comenzaba con un consomé, seguido de un filete de ternera o lenguado de Dover. De postre, una rebanada de tarta helada o un helado. Pero el político del otro lado del Canal devoraba con entusiasmo muchos otros platos, como sopas, sardinas, ostras, los filetes, la salsa de trufa, el venado relleno de paté. Para los quesos, entonces, tenía una especial pasión. Estaba loco por el “queso gorgonzola” que en su opinión sobresalía incluso el Blue Stilton, el rey de los quesos británicos.

Estaba tan enamorado de la goteante delicadeza que, durante la guerra, ordenó a los pilotos de la RAF para resaltar, en los mapas, con un círculo rojo, las áreas de producción, para evitar que fueran bombardeados, por lo que los dispositivos de muerte nunca golpearon las lecherías entre Novara y Lombardía, donde se procesaba el queso azul pastoso.

Curiosa paradoja: mientras desde el cielo, los ingleses por un lado arrasaron ciudades enteras hasta los cimientos italianos y alemanes, provocando una masacre de víctimas civiles, por otro lado, salvaron las ruedas de queso mantecoso con las típicas vetas azul verdosas.

Entonces ya saben quién gano la guerra…… pero cuídense del hígado, el colesterol y los triglicéridos.

l show de Prada Spring/Summer 2021 de womenswear, por naturaleza, un diálogo –el debut de la colección creada de manera conjunta por los directores creativos Miuccia Prada y Raf Simons, una ingeniosa conversación respecto al progreso–. Una propuesta inicial, el primer ejemplo de una infinidad de posibilidades, coloca a Prada dentro de un diálogo entre las diferentes perspectivas de estos dos colaboradores. Una definición y, después, una redefinición de valores e ideología, un análisis fundamental del significado de Prada.

Esta temporada, durante un periodo en el que la mediación entre la tecnología y la humanidad se ha convertido en algo vital –acercándonos, incluso cuando estamos distanciados–, la inspiración proviene de esta inevitable e intrínsecamente contemporánea fusión. El proceso detrás de esta colección fue, inevitablemente, moldeado a través de estas necesarias restricciones: la moda como reflejo y reacción de un tiempo en el que fue creada. Un encuentro con el pasado

C

ontinuando con la ultima publicación sobre Chinchorro, nos encontramos ahora en Cayo Centro. En a la estación de biológica Nos recibieron las iguanas, esos seres que parecían salidos de una película de ciencia y ficción. Con sus enormes crestas y papadas que le deban un aspecto terrorífico.

Y que decir de los cangrejos moros que deambulan por el área.

Paseando por la isla un letrero llamo nuestra atención, era algo acerca de los cocodrilos.

Pusimos atención en el entorno y ahí estaban, tranquilos y a la esperaba de una presa.

Los cocodrilos de Chinchorro son de la especie Crocodylus acutus o cocodrilo americano .Y son muy curiosos.

Navegamos por la costa de Cayo Centro, el agua era transparente Llegamos a los palafitos, esas casas tan simpáticas y precarias, que construyen, los pescadores, sobre el mar para evitar a los molestos mosquitos En una de ellas vive un modesto pescador conocido como el Matracas, quien nos recibió gustoso en su pequeña y modesta morada Foto: Rodrigo Friscione

“Salimos del agua felices de haber tenido este encuentro que muy pocas gentes han tenido la oportunidad de realizar. El atardecer cayo sobre nosotros, era momento da salir del agua de reflexionar y agradecer sobre las maravillas que habĂ­amos observadoâ€?

Decidimos meternos para poder filmarlos en su ambiente natural Nuestro capitán, el gallo, preparo la carnada, mientras nosotros nos pusimos los equipos de snorkel y nos metimos al agua.

Poco a poco se fue acercando a nosotros, atraído por la carnada. Llego un momento en que tuvimos 3 grandes cocodrilos cerca de nosotros. Llegaron a estar tan cerca nuestros que el buzo de seguridad los tuvo que alejar con un bastón .

Quiero confesar que yo nunca había hecho esta actividad y lo único que sabia era que los cocodrilos son muy agresivos, sobre todo en época de apareamiento.

Es natural de América y vive en agua dulce, salobre y salada, se alimenta cuando es pequeño de invertebrados, conforme crece incluye peces, ranas y aves.
