TIP: Use the buttons at the top right corner of the screen to get more tips on PsychINFO (access EBSCO online tutorials, create your own folder to save your searches and articles, change the display language, use the ‘TextTo-Speech’ option, etc.)

To help you refining your searches, access the thesaurus of search terms. It will help you to find different ways of expressing your search concepts, and therefore increase the number of relevant articles found by your search. Enter your search terms in the ‘Browsing’ field, and then select from: ‘Term Begins With’, ‘Term Contains’, or ‘Relevancy Ranked’ buttons. A list of headings is displayed and you can then add them to your search using Boolean operators (and / or / not)

Browse among cited references If you click the Cited References tab (1) you can search for references cited in articles. You can also use the Cited References (2) hyperlink on a result, and the Cited References Screen (3) then gives you a list of all the articles that cited your original article.
