Premier Day

The trails of emperors and poets There are also quieter options to spend a winter day. You may go by taxi to the Nikitsky Botanical Garden — it is open to visitors all year round. By the way, there grows a variety of roses that bloom even in winter! Or, you can leisurely stroll in the most picturesque park in Crimea — Livadia — joining a tour to the White Imperial Palace (or Livadia Palace). And on your way back you should visit a cozy Chekhov’s "White House", where the writer lived and worked. At Christmas there are concerts and readings there. You can really enjoy the atmosphere of the late nineteenth century — the museum preserved everything untouched, the way it was when Chekhov was alive.
