In that capacity, Paul had complete responsibility for all personnel, contractors, maintenance and financial operations. His career achievements have been highlighted by honors such as being named CPM of the Year by the Cincinnati IREM chapter, is an inductee into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame and election to Ohio BOMA’s Board of Governors.

Frank brings more than 35 years experience and knowledge in leasing, construction, operations, asset management and property management of commercial real estate. He has been involved in numerous foreclosure/ receivership situations representing the courts and various financial institutions providing property management and receivership services. As REMS Senior Director, he is responsible for all aspects of property management operations in Northern Ohio. His career achievements have been highlighted by honors such as being named BOMA Cleveland’s Member of the Year for 2003, awarded IREM Cleveland’s CPM of the Year, elected past President of BOMA Cleveland and IREM Cleveland and currently serving on the Board of Trustees of BOMA.
