Where are We Now? Island Dairies Ltd manufactures and distributes milk, drink and juice products. However, consumers are mostly familiar with the milk products. The marketing strategy comprises primarily of traditional advertising channels such as print, radio, tv, sponsorships and direct selling. To achieve our objectives employing a more multi-faceted approach to marketing is essential.

In the most simplistic terms, multichannel marketing is all about choice.


Multi-Channel Marketing Importance Multichannel marketing is important for the simple reason that you must be where your customers are. And they are everywhere. If you need another reason, consider this: Multichannel customers spend three to four times more than single-channel customers do.
