HEADLINE OF ANNUAL REPORT It’s official: there are now more police on the beat than ever before with police officers free from bureaucracy thanks to Government action. In Medway, crime has again fallen this year whilst the number of police officers has risen. Despite this, Paul Clark says it’s still time to get tough on offenders and has met with police to talk about dispersal zones for noisy and drunk yobs on our streets. Labour MP Paul Clark said: said “I try to get out and about with the police whenever I can. It’s important that people see not just the police on patrol, but their MP out there and experiencing some of the real problems that people face in their daily lives.”
