Davies Earns National Awards Recognition Among Three of the Top Industry Leaders SANTA BARBARA, CA (April 30, 2012) – Davies, a Santa Barbara based public affairs agency, has been recognized this month by three leading national industry organizations, The Holmes Report, O’Dywers and the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC), with awards for achievement in excellence among their peers.
