Berlin, or "Choker"- Collar. INSTRUCTIONS.
Locate point i on the fold of the paper or material, i inch from the bottom 1. or right-hand edge, toward the top. 2. Draw line A, at right angles with the fold, toward the front, to the distance of as illusy^ of the neck-circumference from point i ; at which point, locate point 2 trated in the cut. Draw line B, exactly on the edge of the fold, or at right angles with line A, 3. from point i toward the top, to the distance of one-twelfth of the distance between point I and point 2 from point i at which point, locate point 3. Extend line B, from point 3 toward the top, to the distance of the desired 4. height of the collar from point 3 at which point, locate point 4 as illustrated in :
