eing healthy is having a good life. You should make some choices between

good and bad food. Controlling what you eat and the nutrients you have to eat it’s a good start. Carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins are some nutrients that are essential for your body. Nutrients come from food and provide us energy and materials for cell development, growth and repair, so if we don’t eat them, we would not have energy and can have medical problems. DRIM Company made a survey for the community, to see if the society makes good choices or not.

1. How many times a week you eat fast food? Eating fast food is not healthy for you. You should balance eating fast food and home food. The 41% of our community eats one time per week fast food, that is very balanced, the 21% of our community says that they never eat fast food. The other percent of the community eats 2 or 4 times a week, that’s not healthy at all. It can make you have health problems and diseases.

2. How many times a week do you eat home food? I think that eating home food is much healthier than eating in other places. When you eat at home and you create and cook the ingredients and recipes, you can choose how much and what to eat. The 61% of our community says that they always eat at home. It is really good that only 8% of the community less than 2 times eat at home, because that is only a little bit of the community does.

3. What snack do you prefer to eat? You have to choose well what you eat. There are really healthy and good snacks. Eating fruit as a snack is awesome; the 46% of the community likes better eating fruit than any other thing as a snack. Vegetables are also a very good snack, which you can choose. With these two things you can make some delicious meals.

Salads are very good for your health. Eating salads gives you energy and other advantages. You can make a lot of types of salads and eat them differently. The 51% of our community eats more than four times salads per week. You should eat a lot of times salads.

5. Do you eat breakfast every day? Breakfast is an essential way for you to have energy threw the day. You need to have breakfast all the days of your life. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you should eat it. The 85% of the community does eat breakfast every day, which is great. Only 5% does not eat it every day, we need to help them change that and show them to have 5 to 10 minutes to eat a breakfast.

6. How many times per day do you eat? The normal times you should eat through the day should be three or four times. Whether you eat a lot or a little bit you can get sick. So it is better to balance the food. The 44% of the community says that they eat 4 times and the 38% says that they eat 3 times, so that is almost all the community.

7. How much time do you take to eat? Taking your time to eat is good, but you don’t have to do it to fast or to slow. The good amount of time to eat is about 20 to 40 minutes. The

51% of the community eats in 20 minutes, which is very good. Also the 28% eats on 40 minutes. So that is almost all the community.

8. Which type of food do you eat the most? Our multiple choices answers on this question were fast food, home food and restaurant food. The 90% of the community eats home food the most. 9. How many times per day do you eat fruits and vegetables?

Fruits and vegetables are very important and healthy. You should at least eat 2 pieces of each per day. It is very good that 0% said that they never eat fruits and vegetables. The 33% eats more than 4 times, that is awesome. Also, eating 1 time it is not good and the 26% does.

10. What do you eat the most fast food or home food? I think that this question was very important and I’m very happy about the answers. Almost all the community eats more home food, than fast food, the 97% does. Only the 3% eats more fast food than home food. We should help them; they are not eating healthy or taking care of themselves.

STEP BY STEP: 1. Wash all the fruits and let them dry 2. Cut the fruits and put them on a bowl 3. Mix all the fruits and add some fudge 4. Add the Chantilly cream on top of the fruits so it looks nice YOUR SNACK IS READY TO EAT !!!

Lunch: Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas Ingredients: • 1 red onion • 1 ½ cups Mexican green sauce • 1 chili (optional) • ¼ cup chicken broth • 1 pinch of sugar • 8 corn tortillas 3 cups chicken • Baked shredded • 2 cups grated Dutch cheese • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro • 2 tablespoons olive oil • ½ cup grated cheese or curd • Salt Preparation: 1. Cut half a red onion into thin rings and reserves. 2. In a hand blender put the other half of the onion, green sauce, chili (if you want the chicken and cheese enchiladas are spicy), broth, salt and sugar and blend until a smooth sauce. 3. Heat the tortillas in a pan or in a steamer and place them on a plate, cover them to keep cool. 4. Mix chicken with Dutch cheese in a bowl and fill the tortillas with the mixture, add cilantro and roll. 5. Put the enchiladas in a baking tin or dish and spread with a little olive oil. Pour


15 green sauce over, put over half the cheese and bake in a low temperature until cheese melts. 6. Garnish with red onion rings, the rest of the cheese and cilantro.
