Please observe the following rules as part of the CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates Luxury Home Advertising Program: • All listings must be have a minimum price of $1,500,000 or 3 times the median price in the local MLS. Properties priced below $1,500,000 will read : “Price Upon Request.” • Only residential properties will be accepted, no raw land or commercial investment properties. • Exterior photographs are encouraged. If only renderings or architectural drawings are available, they must be pre-approved by Century 21 Real Estate LLC before being placed in the ad. • Maximum of 35-40 words of copy. Aside from the property description please include the following information: town and state, price, listing agent name, office name, phone number, web site and email address. • Photos submitted must be high-resolution jpeg files or original photos.

All you need to do to be part of this program is complete the reservation form in this brochure. You’ll find the little time and effort, and small investment you make in the CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates listing ads to be well worth it. When all those readers see “your” ad, you’ll be well on your way to closing the sale.
