PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OTIS Elevator Company, New York Part Time Project Draftsman for the WTC Transportation Hub Project (June 2011 - Present) - Organizing together construction drawings package of MEP systems, logistic plans, and detail components. - Attended coordination meetings with Tishman Construction, assisting in any issues regarding our systems in the Transportation Hub. Created presentation to present to the Port Authority of NY/NJ, Downtown Design Partnership, and Tishman/Turner. - Created BIM models for coordination and assuring that the proposed systems work with proposed structure and construction methods. - Created spreadsheets of contract addendum updates showing changes from original to create a log of possible cost changes.

AIAS Freedom By Design (NYIT Manhattan Chapter), New York Community Service Second Team Captain; Founding Board (January 2010 - May 2011) - Worked with chapter head in community service projects in office and site. Projects ranged from handicap accessibility construction to community boxing facility for teenagers. Helped with project aspect and led students in accomplishing same. - Created the local chapter website along with the local AIAS chapter website.

MTA New York City Transit, New York Architect Intern for MOW Engineering (June 2009 - August 2009) - Worked with engineers to create and edit construction drawings for the MTA Subway communication rooms. Conducted surveys of communication rooms to document new updates and new hardware.
