The Chateau Residences have been crafted in native stone and weathered timber and accented with copper to blend beautifully into the surrounding mountainside. These properties also combine many of the elegant accents and details characteristic of the resort while establishing an architectural profile all its own. The Chateau concierge and staff are on call at all hours to accommodate the needs of residents and provide a level of service excellence that is unmatched. Selected Services Members will have the option of selecting other services from a complete menu of additional amenities. Housekeeping Housekeeping Services Arrival Clean: Vacuuming, dusting, opening of shades or curtains, lights turned on and cleaning of toilets. Daily Clean: Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming or mopping of floors, dusting and straightening of common areas and bedrooms, trash removal, changing of bed, bath and kitchen linens. Light Daily Cleaning: Identical to the daily cleaning, however, without the linen change. Check Out Clean: Thorough unit cleaning (as in daily clean above), but also including stove, refrigerator, cabinets and removal of perishable food items. Trash Removal and Making of Beds Supplemental Cleaning: Manager will render at the request of Owner supplemental cleaning, such as spring cleaning services which may include carpet bonnet shampoo method, drapery and upholstery vacuuming, and general floor and woodwork care. There will be an

additional charge for the following items: carpet steam extraction method, dry cleaning of drapes, bedspreads or furniture, interior window cleaning, and special treatment of stone, floor and woodwork care.
