The name is synonymous with Sweepstakes, TV’s Prize Patrol and making winners of thousands of people across North America—including a few dozen millionaires. For over 40 years, Publishers Clearing House (PCH) has used colorful mailings to draw attention to a wide variety of discounted magazine offers and product offers, today making it the largest multi-magazine subscription agency in the world. So how did an acknowledged direct marketing leader make the online channel an integral part of its winning strategy?
