Pedal Mania, showcases the unmistakable sound of the C3 Hammond Organ played by Jean-paul Gard. Its' larger than life sound has not only influenced, but have been used in a wide range of music genres, anything from Rock to Country, Jazz to R&B. However one part of the Hammond design often over looked is the bass pedals, usually because very few musicians have ever learnt to use them. The sound they produce can be likened to that of a Double Bass, smooth, warm and very VERY deep! Influenced by one of Jazz's greatest keyboard players, Jimmy Smith, John-Paul has taken the classic instrument into the 21st Century, taking some classic tunes and giving them his own unique Jazz grove twist. Admission £6.00 Concessions £5.00 SJL Members £4.00
