W

hen Co-Founders Ken Pecus and Penny Nathan launched Ascent in 2005 they set out to fill the Customer Service void formed by the multi-national real estate monoliths driven by over-expansion during the favorable market cycle. Using their combined real estate experience of 27 years to recruit agents who share similar ideologies of client-based business practices and who represent the communities they support, Ascent has found constant success.
