STEP 3

CUTTING OFF THE STEM EDGES AND TYING THE BOUQUET

Anchor Tape

When reaching the desired size of the bouquet, cut off the ends - about 6 inches from the holding point. The next step is to tie the bouquet with anchor tape both at the top and at the bottom of the stems.

STEP 4

ADDING A DECORATIVE RIBBON

To decorate the bouquet-handle, use a white lace ribbon of about two inches wide and about 6.5 feet long. Place the ribbon near the tying area, stretch the ribbon downwards and twist it around the bouquet in circular-upward motions. Once you have finished wrapping the ribbon around, tie the remaining two ends together. Now form a bow tie-ribbon, fasten it with a wire cord and attach it to the bouquet-handle.

STEP 1

CLEANING STEMS & STRAIGHTENING THE GERBERA FLOWERS USING A WIRE

Begin with removing the foliage on the stems below the holding point, about twothirds from the bottom of the stem. You need to support and straighten the Gerbera stems by winding a 0.03 inch thick wire around the stems. Insert one end of the wire between the flower and stalk and start to coil the wire from this point around the flower stem downwards.

A BOUTONNIERE

A TOUCH OF XLENCE™ FOR A MOST ELEGANT LOOK

STEP 1

PREPARING XLENCE™ BUNCHES

The first step is to make small individual bunches of XLence™ Gypsophila, about 2 inches long and joining them with a wire of about 0.03 inches thick. The stems are then wrapped with green paper tape.

FLOWERS & MATERIALS: 2 Stems of XLence™ 1 Stem of Magenta Limonium

A LOVELY CORSAGE

EASILY PREPARED FOR A SPECIAL EVENING

STEP 1

PREPARING THE CORSAGE BASE WITH CLUSTERS OF XLENCE™ FLOWERS

The corsage is based on a string of Gypsophila flowers. We begin by forming about 10 small groups of Gypsophila XLence™, each up to 1.2 inches long. Then place the XLence™ bunches one by one while wrapping each one of them to the wire with green paper tape. This process is very similar to that of making a head wreath.

AN ELEGANT & LUXURIOUS TABLE ARRANGEMENT FOR A MEMORABLE EVENT STEP 1

SETTING THE LAYOUT FOR THE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT

First, wet the foam according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Set the frame for the arrangement, using the dominant green filler, Spider Fern, to determine the length and width of the arrangement, in accordance with the dimensions of the table at the event. Make sure the arrangement is not too tall, so as not to obstruct the view of the guests and thus communication across the table is not disrupted.

STEP 2

INTERTWINE FLOWERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ARRANGEMENT LAYOUT

The next step is to combine the Asclepias Moby Dick, Bouvardia and Lisianthus flowers into the arrangement frame, after adjusting the length of the stems to the desired size. It is important not to exceed the size of the frame determined by the dominant green filler in the first step.

FLOWERS & MATERIALS: 20 Stems of XLence™ 10 Stems of Spider Fern 10 Stems of Pittosporum 10 Stems of Gray Leatherleaf Fern 15 Stems of Asclepias Moby Dick 10 Stems of Lisianthus 10 Stems of Bouvardia
