CONSULTANCY We offer a complementary service to anyone wishing to sell their property. We are ideally positioned to help advise anyone who is thinking of placing their house on the open market. We will advise on everything from the best timing to put your house on the market to assisting with the selection of the most suitable estate agent and what to expect from them.
STEP BY STEP Initial Briefing: This is where we get to understand everything about what you’re looking for in a property. We can meet you anywhere and at any time. Through a combination of listening to your needs and our indepth market knowledge, we’ll work out a plan that will procure the optimal search results. Market scrutiny: Having understood your needs we’ll then scrutinise the market, discussing with both agents and vendors directly. We’ll gain access to the very best properties, which we’ll then visit on your behalf. Property visits: Whether it be a singular property, or an extensive itinerary, we will accompany you on every viewing. If you are unsure with your chosen area, we will arrange a familiarisation tour for you, pointing out the positives, but as importantly, also the negatives. Remember, we don’t sell properties or areas, simply advise with your best interests at heart.
