Since I can interact with it, not only does it give me a bird’s eye view of my business needs, but gives me the ability to take immediate action when necessary. Because it is based on logins, it comes preloaded with what each member of my team needs to access daily, and secures sensitive information based on their Job Function. The best part? I can customise each smart tile and smart group to best fit my business’ needs. I can change the shape of the smart tiles, brand the smart center with my business’ images, and even add links to our websites such as Facebook and Twitter. If I need to access other parts of the system, I simply click on the Meevo Button to get there.

Convobar The ConvoBar is my favourite feature in MEEVO. It allows me to quickly and easily book appointments. I simply type what I’m searching for, and it does the work for me! The Calendar even interacts with the ConvoBar to make searching for Appointments effortless. If I need to change my convo, I can click on a word and alternate options appear. Don’t know how to build a convo? No problem! The Convo Builder helps me choose the proper criteria and creates the convo for me! All I have to do now is save it, and the appointment is booked! What makes the ConvoBar especially useful is that it isn’t limited to just the appointment book. I can use it throughout the system to access different features.

Appointment Book

Every business needs an appointment book, but mine is much more than that. My Appointment Book Smart Center shows me my real time metrics for the day. I know everything I need to, before I even see the book. You need any appointment today or tomorrow with Brad? No problem! How about a women’s hair cut next week? Awesome. My Smart Assistant will help me manage their appointments, and every other appointment, so I never miss a beat. Someone needs to take a lunch? That’s easy! You need to move an appointment? Great. Hello World, Meet Meevo Register Inventory

Inventory Tracking and managing inventory has never been easier! The inventory screen allows me to choose MY preferences, such as whether or not to show counted items, and whether I want view the count in tile form, or list form. Tile form is great when I’m walking around my business, inputting inventory on my tablet. The BIG thing here is that as a manager, I can create a count and assign it to an employee. When I create it, I can preload all the items that they need to count and set it to Blind, Scan Only, or Standard depending on the level of employee performing the count. The concept of assigning counts also extends to the Purchase Order Screen. It gives me visual colour indicators that surround my on-hand count to inform me which products I need to order, and which I don’t. The AUTO-ADD feature automatically fills in my order quantities for me, saving me hours of time! And, Receiving my purchase order is even easier than creating it… Just click and go! I can even track my Professional Usage within seconds with Meevo, it allows me to remove professional items from my inventory. . . and even return them if necessary!

Hello World, Meet Meevo Schedules

Schedules Scheduling employees has never been easier. I can schedule single or multiple days at once, and then push that schedule out as far as I need to. I can even use the schedule to track all of those times where my employees are either off sick, on holiday or even away on a training course. Keeping a track of the little things saves so much time, especially when it comes to working out their wages. It’s amazing how quickly I can get someone set up. Once they’re set up, I can use MEEVO to track their punch in and out times. This way I can track how many hours they are at my business, and how long they take on break.
