1 sweet pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
2 Tbsp (30 ml) freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsp (30 ml) grated fresh ginger
1 green onion, sliced – optional
1 cup (250 ml) rice
1. Stir together first 7 ingredients.
1 ½ cups (375 ml) prepared Epicure's Chicken Bouillon
2. Season shrimp with Sea Salt and Pepper. Heat oil in Epicure’s Eclipse® Coated Wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, pepper and ginger. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through. 3. Stir sauce, then pour into Wok. Simmer for 1 minute, until sauce is thickened. 4. Remove from heat and stir in green onion. 1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

2. Beat ⅔ cup (160 ml) sugar with butter and Lemon Chiffon Fruit Dip Mix until creamy. Beat in egg yolks until fluffy.

3. Gradually beat in flour, alternating with lemon juice and cream. Beat just until blended.

4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy, then beat in ½ cup (125 ml) sugar and cream of tartar. Beat to form soft peaks. Gently fold egg whites into Lemon Chiffon mixture.

5. Pour into a buttered soufflé dish. Place dish in a pan of hot water. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until top is set.
