Public Relations Student Society of America About PRSSA

Joining PRSSA

• PRSSA is a network of more than 10,000 college students interested in public relations and communication.

• You can find out if your school has a PRSSA chapter by visiting the PRSSA website and searching chapters. • To join the PRSSA chapter at your school, contact its president of faculty advisor.

• Their goal is to connect students with resources and people to enhance your education, broaden your network and launch your career.

• If your school does not have a PRSSA chapter you may start a chapter or become a PRSSA affiliate.

Auburn PRSSA • The Auburn chapter of PRSSA will help students meet and gain advice from professional practitioners and will be involved in several PR campaigns around campus. • In 2011, Auburn PRSSA succesfully created and completed the Home Court Advantage campaign with Buffalo Wild Wings and the Blue Ocean Film Festival campaign on Auburn’s campus.

In the picture above some of the Auburn chapter’s PRSSA officers pose at the 2011 Alabama PRSSA Student Summit in Birmingham, Ala.
