IMPORTANT SUITE INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) ACCESS TO SUITES: Once you fully pay, we will give you a four-digit access code to enter your suite. If for

any reason during your stay you are not able to use an electronic keypad for example, during Shabbat, please note there is a key located on a key holder in your suite. If for any reason, you do not locate the key upon your check-in please contact us immediately. Otherwise, there will be a $150 charge for any lost or misplaced keys. TOWELS Clean towels are provided. For your convenience, we have provided extra towels in your suite. In case you run out during your stay, there is a washer and dryer on every floor and you can wash and dry for $3. There are complimentary beach/pool towels by the pool. Please help yourself. SECURITY Please contact Security (305) 341-6500 ext. 2970, if there is any disturbance from other guests past 11 p.m. (in accordance with the Miami Beach Noise Ordinance). PARKING We have complimentary valet parking for one car only. If you have additional cars, please check with the Valet Parking Manager for rates. KITCHEN When you leave, please don't leave any dirty dishes, glasses, pots or pans in the suite. Please leave all dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running. PLEASE DO NOT PUT FOOD IN THE DISPOSAL. THANK YOU! TRASH Trash will not be picked up from your suite. It must be taken out to the trash shoot every day, as well as on the last day of your stay. The trash shoot is located next to the elevator on each floor. Menu includes a variety of steaks, seafood, salads, and delicious desserts. INTERNET SERVICE All of our suites have high-speed wireless Internet service at no cost to our guests. The Wi-Fi network name and password is in the booklet located in your suite. If you can’t locate it, please call us. BEACH ACCESS To return to the hotel from the beach, simply press the security call button and give them the condo owners’ name and/or the name on the reservation and suite number. CURRENCY EXCHANGE There are numerous locations throughout Greater Miami where currency may be exchanged. Money may be exchanged on Concourse E/2nd Level at the Miami International Airport, 24 hours a day. In addition, there are many banks and financial institutions that can assist you. Your currency can be exchanged at most institutions from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. U.S. currency is issued in one, five, ten, twenty, fifty, one-hundred and five-hundred dollar denominations (bills). All U.S. paper currency is the same size and color, so look carefully before you spend. ELECTRICAL CURRENT All personal appliances run on 110/115 volt, 60-cycle current. International visitors may need to use adapters or converters. GRATUITIES Customarily, gratuities are paid to hospitality industry personnel who render personal services. As a general rule of thumb, 15 percent of the total cost for services is usually appropriate. Occasionally, you may find a restaurant that has already added the gratuity to the final bill. Always check your bill, as more and more restaurants are automatically adding it, especially in Miami Beach. If you are given assistance with your baggage, $1 per bag is expected. Taxi drivers are usually tipped 15 percent of the fare. When a doorman or valet calls for a taxi, a $1 tip is generally appropriate. This is also true for the attendant who retrieves your car from valet parking, where $2 is customary. When tipping for maid service, $3 per day is a good guideline. Should you engage a concierge's services, tip according to the type of service provided. If you wish to have daily cleaning service, please email or call us 48 hours in advance. An additional $125 cleaning fee (full cleaning) or $65 (partial cleaning) will be charged at that time.

THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU CHECK-OUT: 1. PLACE ALL DIRTY DISHES/POTS/CUPS ETC. IN THE DISHWASHER AND LEAVE DISHWASHER RUNNING BEFORE YOU LEAVE. 2. PLACE ALL REMOTE CONTROLS BY THE RESPECTIVE TV’S. 3. THROW OUT THE TRASH IN THE TRASH SHOOT LOCATED NEAR THE ELEVATOR ON YOUR FLOOR. 4. IF YOU MOVED ANY FURNITURE OR ITEMS, PLEASE PLACE THEM BACK IN THEIR PLACE (I.E. FRAGILE ITEMS MOVED BECAUSE OF CHILDREN). 5. TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS AND LOCK THE BALCONY DOOR. Please note: Although this suite is part of The Alexander Hotel and you have access to all hotel amenities, it is a privately owned and operated condo.
