REMOTE MONITORING – Efficiency, short response time and cleanliess Danfo provides better and more environmentally friendly services to its clients through paperless Remote Monitoring. The system can also provide usage, inspection reports, mileage logs, incidents and onsite attendance. Ensuring works have been completed is essential for all our clients. Danfo’s system requires the Operatives to confirm their attendance using Near Field Communication (NFC) Technology. This means the Operative has to be on site and within or adjacent to the building or unit to confirm they are completing works. Danfo’s system allows multiple tasks and notifications to be integrated reducing the time it takes to complete works. Personnel on site can determine the severity of a fault and issue an priority instruction through the system. Danfo provides context sensitive checklists to help guide Operatives and act as a prompt for compliance. It also provides an auditable trail to ensure tasks are completed and by which team. For example, on site staff can select to record the job number they are about to begin, products they have used, the status of their visit e.g. cosmetic clean, deep clean, or repair.
– Live reporting online for clients Danfo’s clients can access the live data in a secure area online at any time! Web-browser based reports and enquiries allow us to access real-time information and we have instant notification alerts that enable us to respond efficiently. This results in Danfo performing to a high standard and managing our contracts extremely well – a fact of which we are very proud.
– Enhanced staff safety Passive and Panic alerts ensure the safety for our onsite staff. The system automatically alerts the alarm response centre if a staff member encounters a problem while undertaking unusual or hazardous tasks. In an emergency the staff member can also touch a panic alert tag to send an alert to the alarm response centre. If a person fails to turn up at an appointment on time, an alert will be sent out to the alarm response centre allowing management to contact staff to check on their wellbeing and be proactive with handling the appointment.
– Remote monitoring and steering of building functions Danfo can monitor the buildings and collect information on visitor numbers, utilities and receive alerts on any technical issues allowing for swift repairs. The buildings can be steered remotely removing the need to, for exmple, send an Operative to the site to close and open doors every day.
