(WLFI) The Lafayette Board of Works has approved a $3.5 million sewer extension project along Greenbush Street. The sewer project, which includes resurfacing work, will affect Greenbush from Erie Street to Elmwood Avenue. Beginning Nov. 9, traffic on Greenbush will become one-way west bound from Erie a1 septic tank service to Elmwood. The projects are expected to be finished by October of next year. Erie Street septic tank air pumps and Elmwood Avenue will remain open to two-way traffic. Access to all businesses in the area will remain open throughout construction.
