All translations taken from the NIV, NKJV DNS – I can see your understanding / interpretation of this scripture, and I do have my own understanding. The question is “why” do you interpret the scripture in that way. And why do you believe I’m not asking you to tell me all your reasons and proofs for any given scripture. I’m asking you to tell me why you believe what you believe? 1. Why do those reasons make you believe what you do? 2. Why are they true to you? 3. Is it experience? 4. i.e. what is the impetus for your belief Jesus Matthew 1:23 22 So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” 1 Timothy 4:10 For to this end we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe. Titus 2:13 For the Grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us that he might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for himself His own special people zealous for good works. 2 Peter 1:1 To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Saviour Jesus Christ. John 1:1,14 In the beginning was the word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Mark 2:9

“Why do you reason about these things in your hearts? Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise, take up your bed and walk’? but that you may know that the son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins” –He said to the paralytic, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” Mark 2:5 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.” Mark 2:7 “Who can forgive sins but God Alone?”  This is a statement made by the Jewish scribes who believed in Jehovah only as God John 14:9 Jesus said t him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip?” He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. 1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one and there are three that bear witness John 20:28 1 John 4:4 – DNS Greek indicates the Jesis is God incarnate in human flesh By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. 1 John 4:12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His Love has been perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. John 20:28 And Thomas answere and said unto {Jesus}, My Lord and my God. Isaiah 9:6

For unto us a child is born, Unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His Shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of peace, Of the Increase Exodus 3:14 And God Said to Moses, “ I AM WHO I AM” And he said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ “ More over God Said to Moses, “Thus you shall say ot the children of Israel. “The LORD God of you fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name for ever, and this is my memorial to all genrations

John 8:58 "I am not possessed by a demon," said Jesus, "but I honor my Father and you dishonor me. 50I am not seeking glory for myself; but there is one who seeks it, and he is the judge. 51I tell you the truth, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death." 58"I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" 59At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds. 1 Timothy 3:16 These things I write to you, though I hope to come to you shortly; but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is thechurhc of the living God, the pillar, and ground of the truth. And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit Seen by angels, Preached amoung the Gentiles, Believed on in the world Received up in glory John 10:30 What does it mean to say I am one, we are of one accord My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one. Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, “Many good works I have show you from My Father. For which of these works do you stone Me?”

The Jews answered him, saying, “For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God.” Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said, “You are gods” ‘? If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), do you say of Him whome the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming, ‘ because I said, “I am the Son of God’” If I do not do the works fo My Father, do not believe Me, but if I do, though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and believe that the father is in Me, and I am in him” 40 John performed no sign, but all the things that John spoke about this Man were true.” And many believed in Him there. Philippians 2:5-8 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the father. Matthew 27 11Meanwhile Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, "Are you the king of the Jews?" "Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied. 37Above his head they placed the written charge against him: THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS. 38Two robbers were crucified with him, one on his right and one on his left. 39Those who passed by hurled insults at him, shaking their heads 40and saying, "You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself! Come down from the cross, if you are the Son of God!" Matthew 28 37Above his head they placed the written charge against him: THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS. 38Two robbers were crucified with him, one on his right and one on his left. 39Those who passed by hurled insults at him, shaking their heads 40and saying, "You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself! Come down from the cross, if you are the Son of God!" This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven." Who is God:

Deuteronomy (6:4): "Hear Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is one." Deuteronomy 13:1 states simply, "Be careful to observe only that which I enjoin upon you; neither add to it nor take away from it."[ What Jesus mean when he says I and the father am one, What does Jesus mean when he says I
