hen envisioning your dream home, nestled in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it is easy to imagine expansive windows framing mountainous views, as you bask in the glory that is living the Colorado lifestyle—skiing down runs of white champagne powder, trout fishing cool, local rivers, and spending holidays with family and friends in the glow of a roaring fire. For many Texans, it is dreams of this lifestyle that have inspired second home buyers to not only purchase in the Centennial State, but to build there.
