FOR THE RECORD
In our article about the ward councillor’s budget blown on Dunoon feast published in the Isolabantu News mid-April edition, we did not imply that the funds were misused and or embezzled. The article fully explains that the funds were drawn from the councillor’s ward allocation budget and was utilised to celebrate multi-million rand developments in Dunoon. The article did not state the funds were abused.
