It also serves as a guide for any student wishing to establish their own student organization. Much of the material published here is based on The University of Texas-Pan American Handbook of Operating Procedures (HOP) and Regents’ Rules of the UT System. Where noted with an asterisk (*), material has been included and adapted from the Texas A&M University Handbook.
