Cyan Development Concepts cc 2009 Business Brief

Communication and Business Communication is the most important vehicle to harmony and accord amongst people in business. A lack of communication can add to misunderstandings, misinterpretation and cause conflict at work. Communication happens when we speak, create artwork, write, use the Internet, sound, visuals and/or media. A lack of communication can cause stress and distress in people and make them feel demoralized. Communication happens every moment of the day – it is both a skill and an art (to perfect). A lack of communication can cause people to feel, think and expect the worst from a situation. Communication can be enhanced through suggestion boxes, regular meetings, feedback and open discussion. A lack of communication can create the wrong impression of a situation; then the fears and distrust start. Communication is always important – open communication promotes transparency. A lack of communication is a result of poor esteem, inadequacy, incompetence, distrust and a lack of knowledge. Communication is more than just talking, it is knowing when & how to say something & whom to say it to. A lack of communication can be overcome by listening, engaging authentically and by building trust & a rapport. Communication should be encouraged among all staff. Create a culture of communication in your company. A lack of communication hinders the sharing of ideas, working towards common goals and can hinder the vision.

Artist by Celestine Doty You were called to create pleasures for the eyes to behold; always in a state, miracles were being performed. Temperamental, emotions borne! Giving rise to a vision. Working with the earth to give birth to a work of art. Seeing clearly the product of the minds’ eye. Close to nature, feeling the pulse of the earth Making music no ear can withstand Sculpting, forming the power of the hand! Who can you know you, artist? Creator of unparalleled pleasures.
