T HE BE E K MAN 1802 TALIS M AN WHAT IS A TALISMAN? A talisman is a tool or symbol that leads the way and brings you luck on your journey.

MASTER

By choosing the best local guides with deep cultural and historical knowledge of the destination, we make certain that we leave the destination not only having seen the most important landmarks, but also having gained true insight into what it means to live and work in that place.

GROW

Everything Beekman 1802 creates or designs is inspired by life at the farm. We believe that being in touch with the earth and the seasons helps explain how certain cultures and rituals developed throughout history. Each trip takes us into the harvest and production of one of the key agricultural industries in that destination.

MEANDER

Each village, town, city, or farm we visit first involves giving you such a thorough overview of the place upon arrival that you feel completely empowered to wander on your own, and we make sure to schedule that time at each destination. We want you to find the hidden gems around the corner for yourself!

TASTE

Nothing tells you more about a destination or a culture than the way the people who live there eat. In each trip we make sure to explore the full range, from luxury dining to street food and farmers markets.

GIVE

Because Beekman 1802 believes that you get what you give, there is a philanthropic component to every trip. This may mean helping for an afternoon at a local homeless shelter, visiting an orphanage, or setting up an easy way to give back to a local charity.

TREAT

As a company focused on beauty, health, and wellness, we always try to find a local spa or wellness practice that can help us understand how the culture promotes healing, beauty and comfort.
