Bruker Biospin have twice in the past year held bespoke training courses, here at our Coventry premises, delivered by CWT Chamber Training. One of the Management Trainers, Rob McDonald, came to our rescue 12 months ago when we were implementing a new Annual Review Process and had to provide some of our current management team with the skills and knowledge to enable them to appraise staff. Not only did Rob give us tools and clear and easy to follow ground rules for managing the process and seeing it through effectively, his extensive knowledge of the subject and enthusiastic delivery was very motivational. On another occasion we had the need for bespoke training for Manual Handling which Mick Duncan delivered, much to the delight of one of our youngest colleagues as she had met Mick through CWT Chamber Training previously through her NVQ 2 studies in Customer Service. Emma explained that Mick’s delivery style made the subject and learning fun. Both trainers were extremely professional and well presented, fully armed with audio visual, handouts etc. All we had to do was gather our staff together which proved very cost effective when you think about all the other overheads that could be involved in training such as travel, hotels, refreshments etc. Having a course delivered on site means that staff can have a useful hour or so before the course starts, maybe a quick look at emails or such like during breaks and then another useful hour in the office rather than sitting on the motorway. Great value for money and I would certainly recommend CWT Chamber Training’s bespoke training courses to any business. Patricia Wilson, Bruker BioSpin
