Delicious authentic dried pasta made from Durum wheat Produced in Italy using expertise handed down to third generation pasta makers. Made from 100% durum wheat semolina and shaped using bronze dies. The traditional slow drying method gives the pasta a rougher, porous texture which your sauce will embrace. Just add your favourite sauce, to enjoy the luxury of simplicity.


Cooking Instructions: Hob, 10-12 minutes Allow approximately 75g per person. Add pasta to a large pan of boiling, slightly salted water, stir and return to the boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes drain well and serve immediately in your favourite recipe. All appliances vary these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
