Operating both beyond and aside conventional flightpaths, Bjaanes softens the impact for many miraculous landings. The parallel valley has been mistaken as the approach to Hegglandsdalen International Airport many times in the last decades. Appearing as a favourable passage that comes a crackling, thundering halt with planes bouncing onto the southern most tip of the Bjaanes peninsular, yet each time with a remarkable escape for all on board. Perhaps this good fortune can be understood better in relation to the other arrivals who descend here. With three coastal landing pads looking across the archipelago into Hardangerfjord, Angelic host enter the Earthly Principality as commanded. Mappings of flight obstructions and angelic movements bring together the interwoven history of this hidden nature culture park.
