Calendar Girl

Meet the Curves girls

Jo Clifford For those who don't already know me I'm Jo ,co-owner with my sister Julia! We opened this fitness franchise because of our mother who changed her life because of Curves, when she began exercising at age 70! When you see me at work I am usually on the circuit, training (or sometimes having a chat and a laugh with the ladies while they workout!!) because I love to inspire ladies to exercise and reach their goals. I especially enjoy a challenge with people that have never exercised before and it gives me so much pleasure to see people changing their body shape, getting fitter and stronger on the machines and curing all sorts of ailments! It is a wonderful place to work thanks to the love and positive feedback of all our ladies. When you join Curves you become a member of a family rather than a gym and some lovely friendships have developed from those that have paired up with a workout buddy! I can honestly say that I look forward to seeing everyone daily and I always go home with so much positive energy. I speak from the heart when I say that this is the

most rewarding job I have ever had.
