Shortcakes with Chef Rafer Directions Mix all dry ingredients into a medium bowl. Add buttermilk and oil at once and stir until just blended. Knead for 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface. Roll 他 inch thick. Cut out circles with floured 2 in ring. Place 2 inches a part on a baking sheet brushed with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake 425 degrees for 15 min. Brushing the top with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and sugar melted together periodically. Slice open while warm fill with sliced berries and fresh whipping cream.
