Once you go through immigration and customs, exit the airport; and pass by all the people offering timeshares, rides, etc. Los Cabos Travel will be waiting for you at UMBRELLA #10 holding a Mashura sign. There will be refreshments in the car and it is approximately a 25 minute ride to the resort. All transportation has been paid for however please tip your drivers!

PER DIEM
Mashura will cover expenses up to $1200 for this trip per couple / $600 per individual. You may put this toward your food, drinks, and any other ancillary things you would like. This amount should cover meals during your travel days as well. Please ensure you mark all expenses in Abacus as “PClub” under the accurate category (meals, etc.) and add the Trip “President’s Club 2025”

Bring cash for tipping; It’s just easier at the pool or in town while shoppping, eating, etc.

Emily and I met when we were working together at the ice skating rink in our town during our junior year of high school We instantly clicked and became inseparable friends.
We were roommates our freshman and sophomore years of college, but still remained close junior and senior year since we had a very tight-knit group of friends. During our freshman year of college, a hurricane forced our campus gym to close for several months, so we started running together every day. If we missed, we knew that it was a bad day We still talk about the day we went to the mall and got stuck in traffic and missed our run that day! During grad school, one of Emily's classes required her to participate in a 5k, which she somehow convinced me to do This sparked our interest in many future races, mainly the Disney Princess Half Marathon every February, leading to several other Disney races that we have completed together over the years. And when I say completed together, I mean Emily finishes first and I creep past the finish line about 25 minutes later.

Anne and I met in Portland, OR back when we both were going to art school. I was a video game major and she was interior design. I remember seeing her walking through the halls of the school but was always too shy to stop and talk to her. In the evenings when I didn't have class I was in the walk safe program where I would walk students and faculty home or to there automobiles. One night a friend used me to walk her to a car and Anne was with her so I got my chance to walk and talk to Anne. The rest is history.

Amy Jo and I go way back over 10 years ago we met while working at the iconic gastropub, The Village Idiot. She was the undeniable Queen of the restaurant, and we became instant friends. From there, she’s been a part of so many of my LA adventures, big and small. One of my favorite traditions we started was our Oscars ritual: tuxedo onesies, champagne in hand, Oscar ballots and a whole lot of laughs. Even though we don’t live close to each other anymore and can’t talk every day, Amy remains one of my favorite humans on this planet. I truly love her friendship to pieces. For a long time, our interactions were pretty limited, but that changed when we both helped run a Pharmacy event We were tasked with pulling together a customer lab on short notice alongside one of our vendor partners and that was the first time we really worked closely together From there, our dating life began with some interesting life events from Cubex to BD, navigating COVID and all the challenges of life along the way.April 2023, we got married in Playa del Carmen, Mexico

Josh and I met when we were around 12 years old in a homeschool group. We ran in the same circle of friends for years and even had some community college classes together. We lost touch for about 10 years then later reconnected on a camping trip in 2009. We started dating in January of 2010, and then he proposed, and we got married 10-10-10! It’s been 15 years of a full life already and I’m so thankful for his unconditional love and support.

Dodge and I both attended the University of Arkansas and graduated in May of 2020. We met at a birthday party a week before our campus was shut down due to the pandemic. Dodge ended up moving to Scottsdale, AZ right after college, and I moved there, as well, a few months later. We hadn’t seen each other or been in contact since the night we met, however, we followed each other on social media Dodge saw that I was living in Scottsdale and sent me a message We re-connected and became the best of friends. We have been roommates for three years now. Our friendship was destined to happen, and I am so thankful it worked out the way it did

We met when we were both pregnant with our firsts and happened upon the same birthing class where we discovered we had the same due date and were having boys. We exchanged numbers and the rest is history. Our sons are 5 days apart and our daughters are 5 weeks apart. We now live on opposite sides of the country but always make time to see each other & get the kids together - primarily around a John Mayer or Taylor Swift concert! Ironic combo, I know!
