Condensed Milk Caramel Lollipop

Você vai precisar de: - 2 pacotes de bolacha Maria - palitos de picolé

You will need: - 2 packages of Maria cookies - popsicle sticks

Recheio: - 1 lata de doce de leite (600gr)

Filling: -1 can of condensed milk caramel

Cobertura: - 1 barra de chocolate meio amargo - chocolate granulado

Topping: - 1 bar of dark chocolate - chocolate sprinkles

Modo de Preparo 1. Recheie as bolachas com o doce de leite, de duas em duas, colocando um palito de picolé entre elas. 2. Banhe as bolachas no chocolate derretido em banho-maria, segurando-as pelo palito. Bata na borda da panela para retirar o excesso de chocolate. 3. Polvilhe o pirulito com chocolate granulado. 4. Arrume-os enfileirados em papel manteiga para esfriar.

Directions 1. Fill in each two cookies with 1 tablespoon of caramel and insert a popsicle stick between the cookies. 2. Dip the cookies into the melted chocolate, holding the sticks and tapping them to the pan to remove the excess of chocolate. 3. Put chocolate sprinkles on top. 4. Place on waxed paper to chill.
