your groceries meat, chicken and fish are always delivered fresh. These products last for up to 3 days in your fridge. We recommend you to make a dinner plan for the week upon delivery (or before) of your dinner twist bag. When you have figured out what to eat when, you will know what to freeze and what to fridge. Please take the other fresh ingredients like vegetables into account as well. To make this process easier for you and less time consuming, we have suggestions on the last page. It will tell you what dishes are suitable to save for next week and which you will be able to freeze.


secret parcels with salmon

serves 4 40 minutes

600-800g salmon fillet 4 tbsp olive oil juice from ½lemon 2 garlic cloves 700g potatoes Asparagus, 1 bunch 4 carrots, small cherry tomatoes 4 spring onions salt, to season (aluminum foil) serve with green salad

Finely slice potatoes and carrots. Chop spring onion and garlic. Make 4 squares of aluminum foil (approximately 30cm x 30cm). Drizzle over ½ tbsp olive oil on each sheet. Place salmon fillets on the foil, add lemon juice, garlic and salt. Place potatoes and carrots around the salmon (15cm x 15cm in total) before adding spring onion, asparagus and cherry tomatoes, split in halves. Drizzle over the rest of the olive oil and close the packets. Put on the BBQ for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked and potatoes soft. Serve with salad.

Set aside. Dressing: mix to combine egg yolk, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add olive oil.

Add water and 4 eggs to a saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until wanted consistency. Take the eggs out, flush with cold water and set aside. Slice chicken. Heat up a non-stick frying pan and add chicken, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside. Roughly chop lettuce, mix with dressing. Peel egg and make 4 wedges of each egg. Shave parmesan cheese. Plate salad on a large dish or 4 plates. Add chicken, egg and croutons. Serve with bread.
