“With DSST Get College Credit exams, I’ve saved almost $1,500, as well as 60+ hours of classroom time. DSST is a great way to save time and money and still earn the credit hours needed.” — Theresa Richardson,

DANTES Funded. DANTES funds DSST testing for eligible service members and civilian examinees at Base Education Offices and at National Test Centers (NTCs). DANTES funds the first attempt on each DSST subject exam; subsequent attempts of the same DSST subject exam are self-funded. Save Time and Tuition Assistance Dollars. Depending on your college’s credit by examination policy, you can earn credit for the training you acquire while on active duty, leveraging what you already know and applying it toward college credit. As you deploy or move to a different base, the credits will transfer with you, allowing you to learn your subjects in your own time and at your own pace.

DSST Get College Credit exams can also help you:

• Avoid enrolling in unnecessary classes • Get college credit even when deployed overseas • Work toward your college degree in your own time • Make up for missed courses • Graduate on time – or ahead of time!
