PROGRAM COSTS Students enrolled in any of the CSU IP Australia programs pay the same tuition as their home CSU campus.

S c h o l a rs h i p s CSU IP SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IP Scholarships: Made possible through the generosity of former CSU IP participants. Scholarships are available to students accepted into an IP program and is awarded based on scholastic merit and financial need. Applications are due February 1 for academic year programs or May 1 for Australia and South Africa calendar year programs. Award amount: $500.

ADDITIONAL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Boren Scholarships: Boren Scholarships, funded by the National Security Education Program (NSEP) provide unique funding opportunities for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students interested in studying a foreign language appropriate in countries that are critical to U.S. interests and underrepresented in study abroad. Undergraduate students can receive up to $20,000, and graduate students up to $30,000 for the academic year. In exchange for funding, recipients commit to working in the federal government for a minimum of one year. Boren Scholarships will give preference to applicants planning to study in the following CSU IP programs: Chile, China, Ghana, Israel, Japan, Korea, Mexico, South Africa, Taiwan.

Fund for Education Abroad (FEA): FEA is committed to increasing the opportunities for dedicated, undergraduate American students to participate in high-quality, rigorous education abroad programs by reducing financial restrictions through the provision of grants and scholarships. The Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship: This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding at a two-year or fouryear college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.
