Our Team adheres to a standard of excellence that guides the customer service delivered by all team members. Each member of the team strives to ensure that every transaction is truly hassle-free. This makes our clients and customers #1 Donna Prinz I joined KW Professionals in February 2000. I am privileged to be on the Board of Directors at the Asheville Board of Realtors. Over the years, I have obtained my ABR, CRS, GRI, PHP, SFR, SRES, e-PRO, and At Home with Diversity designations. My husband and I were born and raised in Asheville. We have one son, Joshua, who is the pride of our hearts. We love these mountains and the people that live here. I had the honor of becoming Woman of the Year 2007 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am committed to our community and to giving my clients the best of service filled with honesty and integrity.

Pat Puckridge I've been in real estate for over 15 years and with Keller Williams since February 2000. Prior to real estate I was Vice President for a small freight agency in the area. My focus is to protect your real estate investments while maximizing your earnings from those investments. As you can see, I want to know as much as possible in order to help my clients. For that reason, I have obtained my ABR, CRS, GRI, PHP, SRES and At Home with Diversity designations. My husband, Larry, are Asheville natives and wouldn't live anywhere else.


Meet The Team

Mary Jo Eskritt I have been a real estate broker since 1986. I was originally licensed as a broker in Wisconsin. I hold prestigious designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). I have been a successful listing agent and buyers agent receiving a Realtor of the Year award for my local board serving as President & State Representative in Wisconsin. I was in the top 10 in production for my broker-owned Remax company for the state 4 years in a row I moved to Asheville, NC in 2001 and have been a Real Estate Consultant with Ashevilles Dream Team since 2004. Since joining Ashevilles Dream Team, we have doubled our staff & our full time real estate consultants.

Kurt Prinz A life-long resident of Buncombe and Henderson Counties, my wife Suzanne and I, have enjoyed raising and educating our two children in this wonderful community. Over the course of my life I have been involved in almost every aspect of Real Estate...from investment, property valuation, building, and finally as a Broker/Realtor for Ashevilles Dream Team. During my relatively short tenure as a Realtor, I have earned the CRS(Council of Residential Specialist), SFR(Short Sale Foreclosure resource), and SRES(Senior Real Estate Specialist). In 2007, I was named Man of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and currently serve with the Asheville Board of Realtors as Co-Chair of the Education and Events Committee. I am proud of my affiliation with this team and our community and am excited to put my knowledge to work for you...to help bring your Real Estate dreams to reality. William Payne I am a life long resident of Asheville and have been helping others as a firefighter and as a paramedic for over 20 years. I began as a real estate investor buying tax foreclosures and developing the property. I have had experience in vacant land development, built a small mobile home park, and managed both apartments and commercial tenants. I currently serve on the Buncombe County Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee. I am an active supporter of the Masonic home for Children and the Shiners Hospitals for Children. I have two kids: one girl 11, and one boy 9, dog, cat, enjoy outdoors, my Harley Davidson, water sports, fishing, hunting, hiking. I am so glad to be part of a successful team and hope I can contribute to the continued success of not only Pat and Donna but, Keller Williams and the whole family.

Home Warranty Plans Home warranty plans go a long way to alleviate some risks and concerns. For a modest price, the seller can provide to the buyer a one year warranty covering specified heating,

plumbing, electrical, water heater or appliance breakdowns. Coverage under most plans commences at closing. In all cases, there are important limitations and exclusions

(example: appliances/systems must be operative at commencement of coverage).

• Timing is extremely important in the real estate market. • A property attracts the most activity from the real estate community and potential buyers when it is first listed.

• It has the greatest opportunity to sell when it is new on the market.


Preparing For The Offer In slow economic times, offers to purchase routinely come in “low” whereas in healthy economic times, offers are closer to the asking price. Do not be offended by any offer received. Be offended by buyers who tour your property and don’t submit an offer.

ACCEPTANCE. Signed by all parties, dated, delivered… congratulations, you’re on your way to having your property sold!
