We are always looking for people to help the club and become more involved with their swimmer’s activities. Please check areas of interest and return with your registration. A NYAC Board Member will contact you at either the beginning of the swim season or when that particular committee begins its work. We thank you in advance for your interest and your time in making our club successful in 20092010! □ Pool Representative:
Two-way communication between the group Coach and parents as well as organizing group/team events.
□ Officials Food Committee:
Organizing and planning the officials food and daily responsibilities during NYAC meets.
□ Cafeteria Committee:
Organizing food for the cafeteria for sale for spectators and swimmers at NYAC meets and daily responsibilities during NYAC meets.
□ Cookie Dough Committee:
Working with our Fundraising Director twice a year.
□ Swim A Thon Committee:
Organizing and promoting this fundraiser with our Fundraising Director.
□ Yearbook Committee:
Gathering memories year long to produce a yearbook at the subsequent banquet in the fall.
□ Meet Management Committee:
Assisting the meet management directors in NYAC meet operations.
□ Social and Banquet Committee:
Working with the Social Director on team social events.
Working at NYAC designated bingo sessions. (NYAC has 2 four hour sessions per month)
Please contact the Fundraising Director, Kate McKellar if you have an initiative that you would like to pursue. With the Board’s approval, we will happily provide support for new initiatives.
