Local Trainers Team  Objectives of LTT:

We create LTT as we find that there are needs of education, training & support from LC managers & members.

 Overall Role:  Working period: July 2014 – June 2015

 Weekly Working hour: 5 hours (average)  Design & deliver LT trainings in Summer & 4 LC Mass Meetings in next term to connect people in LC & support learning environment

 Occasionally provide coaching & mentoring for 1415 Managers

 Criteria  With at least 1 TLP experience

 Must attend national/external trainings after selected (e.g. Train the Trainers /Dale Carnegie Training)
