Being a Jogging Mother - Easy Thing to Say? The breakout of the economic crisis around the world brought about a lot of changes to people from all walks of life. The stereotypical role of women of being in the house to take care of the baby and maintain the household has been forgotten. Men have become open to the idea of having a female co-worker or husbands going out for work with their wives. To this day, I believe that the change of the lifestyle and attitude of people towards gender equality at work is brought about by the financial crisis that has been attacking the world for decades now. More and more couples accept the fact that both have to work to sustain their lives and support their families. Should they want to have fatter bank accounts, they have to work harder and spend most of their time at work. Working overtime is inevitable and for those who need more cash, overtime work is something that shouldn't be allowed to pass. However, despite the importance of money not to mention the hunger for it, people shouldn't forget that they still have their health to look after. ClichĂŠ as it may seem but health is really wealth. Without it, people won't be as productive as the society wants us to be. Mothers, no matter how busy they are, have to at least maintain their physique. It is a must. Yet, how can a woman balance her time being a mother and a jogging mother when she has a lot of things in her hands?


The basic form of exercise is jogging yet when people think about exercise, they usually think that they don't have enough time or that it will need more time than they have in their hands. But, jogging is not something that eats up all your time. Doing it for 30-40 minutes a day is enough for a mother who aspires to be a jogging mother for her health. It wouldn't be difficult for her since she can do it before going to work or after work. By doing so, the jogging mother can stretch the untouched veins for a start and then eventually be able to move all the parts of the body to bring back the locomotive skills in the body. Being a jogging mother does not only benefit the mother herself but her family too. When that the mother is healthy and strong, she can carry out all her chores with ease and strength. She can take care of her family and stay a healthy mom. Wouldn't it be nice to think that despite your responsibilities at home, you still have time to maintain your body and become an effective jogging mother?
